How it all began

About Chef Tony

My interest in cooking started at a very young age. Born into a large Italian family, I grew up with the smell of authentic Italian cooking in Grandma’s kitchen every day. From sauce made with hand picked tomatoes from the garden, to rolling fresh pasta, I was raised to cook with only the freshest ingredients. It was only natural that when I turned 16 my first job would be in a restaurant. I learned all the basic cooking techniques in various kitchens for a few years and then I decided to expand my knowledge in culinary school. I graduated with honors with an Associates of Science in Culinary Arts. After school I went into hotels. I worked my way up to Banquet Chef at the largest convention center in Brevard County. It was there I gained my experience cooking large weddings and other events of over 800 people. I worked in banquets for 7 years and then returned to restaurants, where I cooked at the some of the top rated fine dining restaurants in Brevard County. I knew I wanted to achieve more than I could as a chef working for others so I decided to start this business.  After some Entrepreneur Operations courses at a local college to learn how to run the business, I began researching websites and built my own personal chef website. I published my site and within just a few days started receiving calls for my services. Within a short period of time I went from cooking in my client’s kitchens with a trunk full of tools to having my own commercial kitchen where I can cook for multiple clients at the same time. From this, formed my meal delivery service and shortly after that I had a full service catering business. Now I'm back to cooking for weddings and large parties. I use all the techniques I learned through my years in the fine dining industry and apply that to what I learned in the banquet world. Together we get a truly unforgettable experience that can’t be matched in this area.

Our Staff

We currently have over 30 staff members including fine dining waitstaff, banquet servers, cocktail waitresses, bartenders and a range of chefs from fine dining chefs to pastry chefs that prepare all of our cakes from birthday to wedding cakes .

We are currently serving Brevard County and any of the surrounding counties, Indian River, Orange, Seminole and Volusia County.
